About Happenings, The
An old thief Deok-Bae finds his daughter Hwa-Yi after he is released from prison. Hwa-Yi, who takes care of children in an orphanage, doesn't accept this father. Deok-Bae dreams a big deal to prepare something for his daughter for the last. With his faithful friend Dal-Su who trusts and follows him, he meets Chu-Rak on his way to find hidden 'tool'. Though they put something important in practice after thorough preparation, they encounters the police who come to investigate an incident happened nearby and get to be run after. The unlucky prisoner is also caught while passing there. The 4 men are pointed as suspects of chain-murder of a statesman which trembles the town. After they are released because of no leads, they bewail their misfortune and try to commit a big deal in cooperation with each other. Deok-Bae collects bicycles going about the town to present the orphanage and reconciles with his daughter.
