Kim Jong is a Korea Independence Army's fighter at Manchuria. In 1950 Liberation, he returns to Korea. He makes the children, who used to commit minor crime, follow good way. Some hooligans, however, are not satisfied with his activity to let the police bring him from time to time. On the conditions that he leaves Seoul, he is released. He is settled at Seok-Cho and opens Keumkang Beobhoi martial art gymnasium to let dissolute young people enter the gymnasium to follow correct and true ways. He brings sick and tired girl (Yeong-Suk) from Seoul and takes care of her from his heart to recover her health and live happy life at new place. Some hooligans attempt to remove a makeshift hut compulsorily with the protection of some powerful persons. The residents in the village have recovered their rights thanks to the help of not only Kim and the police.
