An illegitimate child Shin-Ah goes to her father president Kang when her mother died. Kang gets embarrassed for a moment, but accepts Shin-Ah. Because of cold attitude of half sister, Shin-Ah leaves the house and meets Dong-Ho. Dong-Ho unexpectedly encounters traffic accident and by that time, Shin-Ah is pregnant of his baby. Once Bo-Ram is born, Shin-Ah brings her up well but one day Bo-Ram disappears. It's because Kang-Il, who wants to marry Shin-Ah, send Bo-Ram to Shin-Ah's father. Since then, she becomes an alcoholic at the harbor. She goes to Seoul in search of Bo-Ram and witnesses Dong-Ho is marrying her friend. Kang send Bo-Ram to America with her foster mother. Shin-Ah watches the sight with tears.
