About Korean Boy
Hyeok-Jin, a six grader, is an hard-working student but weak so he is annoyed by friends. He starts to learn Tae Kwon Do since he is attracted by Cheol-Ho's fight with bad boys. After her husband, once a Tae Kwon player, died, Hyeok-Jin's mother runs a restaurant and allows Cheol-Ho, one of her husband's pupils, to teach Tae Kwon Do to Hyeok-Jin. Nak-Jun, who leads a criminal gang running a pretended gym, hosts a martial art contest and invites Piorcha, a Thai kick boxer who killed Hyeok-Jin's father to gives Hyeok-Jin a raw deal. As Cheol-Ho is injured by Piorcha, Hyeok-Jin came to confront with the kick boxer. When he is cornered during the fight, Cheol-Ho appears to help him. Finally he strikes downward a fist of turnaround and the audience goes wildly excited.
