About Undercover Emissary and Black Mask
Getting the information that the government will move the golden Buddhist image, Seol Kamsa and Park magistrate attack the guards of the Buddhist image and take it. The guard chief's son Tae-Su disguised in mask sneaks into Seol Kamsa's house in order to take revenge for his father. On the contrary, however, Seol Kamsa captures him. At that moment, another black mask swordsman Yong-Ho appears and rescues Tae-Su, and an undercover emissary disguised as a beggar reveals his identity and punishes Seol and Park.
