About King Taejo, Or Lee Seong-Kye
At the end of Koryo Kingdom, Lee Seong-Kye is born to be the second son of Lee Ja-Chun. He passes the national military service examination at his young age and destroys not only Hongkeonjeok (a name of rebellion group) but also Yeojin tribe who infiltrate into the northern area to be promoted to Munhasijung (a kind of high government official). Later, he is promoted to Samkun Dotongsa (a general to control three armies) and brings the army to the northern border to attack enemy. On the way, he returns to capital city together with his army and occupies the capital city and deprives King Kongyangwang of his throne. He takes the throne and changes the country name to "Choseon" and founds Yi Dynasty and moves the capital city to Han Yang (the existing Seoul).
