About Put Out the Light
Ji-Hye doesn't like that her husband Kang-Young, a painter, always works, not caring about her. One day Kang-Young goes to Paris for his study without saying any word. Dong-Shik seduces Ji-Hye, but she refuses him. Kang-Young returns from Paris and works all the more, not showing any affection to his wife. So Ji-Hye spends the night with Dong-Shik. Ji-Hye comes home and sees her picture that looks so pure and beautiful. She feels guilty of what she's done, and finally commits suicide.
