About Drug and Crime
Kwang-Su, Jeong-Hee and Mi-Suk have smoked hemp leaf cigarets because they feel unhappy thinking of their fellows who are convicted on the charge of smoking hemp leaf cigarets, or are put in mental hospital. President Min keeps nationwide drug distribution network. He kidnaps Mi-Suk to conceal his crime because she threatens him to inform the police of his crime. The police is anxious to discover Mi-Suk' whereabouts. To arrest all of the drug related criminals, the detective Hyeon and Lee infiltrate into the gang's agitating point. The youths, who regret their wrong doings and make up their mind to live faithful lives, help the police so that all of the drug crime leader and followers are arrested.
