About Hwa Sun
Since there is no news from her betrothed Man-Seok for the past 7 years, Hwa-Sun comes up to Seoul and, after much meandering, meets Man-Seok at Kyeongbuk restaurant who has become a truck driver, but his attitude is very cold. Hwa-Sun does not leave Man-Seok, though. With Byeong-Man's persuasion, Man-Seok returns to Hwa-Sun and buy a truck so as to make it a moving department store. One day, Man-Seok and Hwa-Sun make love. One bitter winter day of snowstorm, Man-Seok falls over the cliff. Hwa-Sun drives the truck at full speed with bloody Man-Seok at her side, but in the end, he dies.
