Park Keon-Wu, an intern surgeon, pursues momentary pleasure in the excess of oppressive reality. Indulging in a saxophone music called 'a very small world' and physical amusement, he blows out dissatisfaction of living. That is the place where those who can't be melted together such as veterans of Vietnamese War, painters and instrument players get together. Hasegawa Sayuri, a Japanese TV reporter, drops in Korea to cover materials as she prepares a program called 'suffered 47 years of bombing'. When she visits Professor Song, Keon-Wu's academic adviser, to research the actual condition of Korean bombed people, Sayuri meets Keon-Wu by chance.
