About Glory in Teens
With the thought that juvenile convicts should be treated as human beings instead of being treated with severe punishment, Hong Jong-Shik , a prison officer, takes the lead of strong spiritual training for juvenile delinquents by founding the first Boy Scouts of Prisoners in the world, named " Faithful Loyalty and Courage Group" at Juvenile Reform School in Incheon. The boys in this group set a good example and become the source of the pride. One day, after a member Nam Seok-Yong escapes, Hong and other members look for him. About the time when Seok-Yong helps his girl friend out of hooligans, Hong is disappointed in passing the time to go back. While he is recalling the foundation day of the group, Seok-Yong and the members return. As Seok-Yong repents with tears, Hong cries with him.
