About Celadon
Seong-Min, a disciple of Rokuchi, or Japanese potter, takes the first place in the competition. He hastens to go to home country immediately after hearing that his father is seriously sick. Upon arriving at home country, he is surprised that he is unable to find out his sick father. Thus, he visits president Kim who is a business partner of his father and operates Dae Dong Pottery Co.. He considers to return to Japan without knowing something. Then, he is informed from a female Buddhist priest that his father knew to die soon and hastens to produce a celadon Buddhist statue, but failed to bake it. He finishes the celadon Buddhist statue as his father wanted, and then gives up the return trip to Japan. He makes up his mind to inherit the manufacture of celadon that contains tradition of not only his father but also his ancestors.
