About Stranger, The
President Kang's daughter Ae-Ri takes a marriage of convenience with the son of a private moneylender. Sang-Ku and Jae-Ku who are sacrificed before Kang's indiscreet business expansion swear revenge on him and kidnap Ae-Ri. While they are heading for Cheju, Ae-Ri comes to feel queer interest in the two men and she meets Seong-Kil there who reclaims wasteland and feels love for him. When jealousy Jae-Ku fights a duel with Seong-Ku, Ae-Ri runs away from them and by that time, the police arrive and Seong-Kil is killed from a fall. Jae-Kil, standing on the wasteland, accepts Seong-Kil's dream and thinks about meaning of true love.
