Standing at the crossroad of life and death, Su-Hee chooses to hard the will to live. Breaking with her dark past, she lives in Namwu Co.'s chairman Nam's house as his secretary. Su-Hee pities Nam who lost his sights but is mistaken by his sons as his mistress. One day, through Nam's arrangement, she meets Young-Ran, but he lose his footing and fall to death. As she has nothing to do, she reassumes her past life. She tries to forget Sang-Min who saved her life and loved her, but he dies from accident. Young-Ran's crying for Su-Hee fallen from exhaust moves Dong-Seok to regret his wrong doings and he helps Su-Hee to stand again.
