About Local Government Official Bae's Story
When he, who is fond of sex, takes office of the governor of CheJoo Province, his wife worries about his action so that she let Baebijang, who is famous of keeping away women, accompany her husband. Being in trouble, her husband (the governor) makes Baebijang learn what sexual pleasure is. Baebijang falls in love with Aeran, a beautiful Kisaeng (Korean traditional barmaid), and finally surrenders himself to the governor. Later, Baebijang gets married to Aeran and is promoted to a town's governor.
