About Winter of the Year was Warm, The
During the Korean War, Su-Ji and Oh-Mok lose their parents and live with her brother Su-Cheol in mother's home. While escaping from the battlefield, Su-Ji loses Ok-Mok because of her mistake. Years after, Su-Ji makes inroad to the upper class thanks to her brother's success in the world, but seized by guilty conscience for losing Oh-Mok, she renders aid to the poor in charity and continues to find Oh-Mok. But when she finally locates her in an orphanage, she denies her saying there is no proof. Oh-Mok marries Il-Whan grown up in orphanage together and leads a hard life. Finally, Su-Ji ascertains that Ok-Mok is her real sister but Oh-Mok dies exhausted from hard life.
