A secret agent Dong-Keun deters communist from doing maneuvers in disguise of an engineer in Kowlung peninsula. Meanwhile a Chinese gang Dae-In and his fellows, who hang around Madame Ma's Korean cabaret, informs Dong-Shin, a North Korean agent, false information that Dong-Keun and a Korean dancer Wol-Hyang are his father's enemy. Dong-Shin decides to avenge for his father. Wol-Hyang feels love for Dong-Shin, but he hands over her to Dae-In. For that he suffers from a guilty. He sets out to fight a duel with Dong-Keun. It is a duel between brothers. When they are face to face, their father Park Shin-Pyong tries to stop their fight but he is shot to death by Dae-In. Then Dong-Shin finds the truth and kills Dae-In. He hugs his brother Dong-Keun and bursts into tears of remorse.
