Disguised as a scoundrel, detective Tae-Seob goes to the nightclub, the den of the gang and challenges to Sang-Su by kidnapping the dancer Eun-Ju whom the boss Sang-Su and Japanese Oyama love. In order to remove Tae-Seob, Sang-Su lures Mu-Nam into his gang who comes up to Seoul in search of his sister. Mu-Nam attempts to beat off Tae-Seob, but it is not easy. Mu-Nam goes to the hotel in which Eun-Ju is imprisoned, and there, he finds that Eun-Ju is his real sister and that she already loves Tae-Seob. Mu-Nam and Tae-Seob finds out that Oyama bears an evil plot. They succeed in beating off and arresting him.
