About Phantom the Submarine
A naval officer Chan-Seok is sentenced to shooting to death on a charge of murdering his senior officer. He, however, is only recorded as to be dead and gets on board 'Ghost,' a nuclear submarine. Ghost obtained from Russia in place of Russian debt is concealed from neighbor countries and all the crew are recorded as dead like Chan-Seok. They don't know about one another's background and are just called as individual's number. Ghost starts sails on a secret mission. The captain, only man knowing about their mission is killed by the deputy captain 202 after he leaves the key of nuclear weapon with Chan-Seok. In the meantime, Ghost comes across a Japanese submarine, crossing the straits of Sushima and 202 orders to torpedo, embarrassed.
